Our goal at Apricito is to provide you with pieces you absolutely love! However, we understand that it can be tricky shopping online. We know at times you might not be completely happy with your purchase, that is why we included our hassle-free return policy below.
Return Policy
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the date you receive your order
- Currently, returns can be issued for a store credit only - in the form of an electronic gift card
- Gift card will be emailed to the email provided at time of order for the original amount paid
- Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s)
- Returned items must have original tags attached and must be unworn or unwashed
- Please include the Return Form filled out and tracking information (if applicable)
Please allow 5-7 business days to process returns and issuance of gift card.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shopapricito.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be sure to include the Refund Form and the tracking number for your return if applicable.

Damages and issues
We ask that you take a look at your order as soon as you receive it. If you have received a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately at hello@shopapricito.com. If you have received an incorrect or missing item please contact us immediately at hello@shopapricito.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds/Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be sent a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card for the original amount paid. The gift card will be emailed to the email address used to make the purchase. Please contact us at hello@shopapricito.com if you have any questions regarding your store credit.
